Designer Crush: Erin Fetherston

Do you ever fall completely in love with a person's clothes, style, and overall life? I have and I'm going to admit that I'm girl-crushing hard on Erin Fetherston's fairy tale designs. She has managed to make clothes fanciful enough to satisfy the little girl in each of us without compromising either the garment or the wearer. They're the perfect mixture of whimsical and stylish. Plus, would you please take a look at her gorgeous Parisian pad:

Fetherston studied fashion at the Parson's School of Design in Paris, then immediately went on to create her own line, which debuted during the Haute Couture shows in Paris in January 2005. She has now relocated from Paris to New York. You've seen her work on Zoey Deschanel, Cameron Diaz, Kirsten Dunst and all time favorite Anne Hathaway.

I'm impressed by the last two. I've yet to find clothes I'd wear in Target, but some of these pieces are cute enough to be glammed up with the right accessories from other stores. I'm going to take a look when I make my winterly trip to Florida with the family, who knows what I'll walk away with?
